WHY BACK PAIN COACH EXISTS

Back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide. It walks into the gym or clinic every single day - in your clients who avoid deadlifts, who stop coming after a flare-up, who've been told their spine is "unstable" and who are stuck in an endless cycle of rehab without ever getting back to real training.

Most back pain care still leans on outdated, overmedicalized approaches - despite clear research showing that staying active, building strength, and avoiding fear-avoidance are what actually help most people recover.

We teach professionals to be part of that shift: knowing exactly where their role starts, where it ends, and how to help people move again with confidence.
