Back Pain Education for Professionals

Raising the standard for back pain care

Back Pain Coach exists because we kept meeting talented coaches and clinicians who wanted to help people with back pain, and weren't given the training to do it with confidence.

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our patients’ needs.

Together, we run Back Bay Health, a chiropractic and performance practice in Boston, where we treat people with back pain every day. Back Pain Coach is where we teach what we've learned.

What We Believe

  • Most back pain doesn't need imaging, rest, or fear - it needs the right kind of movement, delivered with confidence.

  • Every professional working with back pain should know exactly where their scope ends, and refer out without hesitation when it does.

  • Evidence should drive practice - not tradition, not trends, not what's easiest to sell.

  • Coaching and clinical care both have a role in overcoming back pain.
